EAHT-A type safe fully automatic water pressure testing device for nuclear capacitors
EAHT-A型核电容器类安全型全自动水压试验装置是我司自主研发的,应用于核电站用压力容器的出厂水压试验。该装置完全满足核电站用压力容器水压试验的工况要求,包括系统清洁度、系统材质、试验过程(升压、保压、卸压)、试验参数等要求。 该水压试验装置除适用于核电站用压力容器水压试验外,还适用于石油、化工、航天等需要严格控制系统清洁度等级、精确控制系统压力精度及升降压速度,并要求试压装置具备多重安全保护措施的行业。

The EAHT-A type safe fully automatic water pressure test device for nuclear capacitors is independently developed by our company and applied to the factory water pressure test of pressure vessels used in nuclear power plants. This device fully meets the working conditions requirements of pressure vessel hydrostatic testing for nuclear power plants, including system cleanliness, system material, testing process (boosting, maintaining, and unloading), testing parameters, and other requirements. This water pressure testing device is not only suitable for water pressure testing of pressure vessels used in nuclear power plants, but also for industries such as petroleum, chemical, and aerospace that require strict control of system cleanliness levels, precise control of system pressure accuracy, and pressure rise and fall speed. It is required that the pressure testing device has multiple safety protection measures.

Electrical and instrumentation control cabinet equipment for nuclear power backup diesel generator sets
核电站后备柴油发电机组电气及仪控柜设备,主要包括控制柜、速度柜、机旁柜、电气保护柜、中压柜和励磁柜,且均需满足质保等级Q2级、抗震等级Ⅰ类、设计寿命60年等设计原则,该设备采用包络华龙一号(防城港3、4号机)的楼层反应谱进行抗震试验鉴定。

The electrical and instrument control cabinet equipment of the backup diesel generator set in nuclear power plants mainly includes control cabinet, speed cabinet, machine side cabinet, electrical protection cabinet, medium voltage cabinet, and excitation cabinet, and all must meet the design principles of quality assurance level Q2, seismic level I, and design life of 60 years. The equipment adopts the floor response spectrum of the envelope Hualong 1 (Fangchenggang Units 3 and 4) for seismic test identification.

HTPS/CRDM-1A型CRDM水压试验装置
HTPS/CRDM- 1A CRDM hydraulic Test device
CRDM耐压壳Ω密封焊缝现场水压试验装置是我司自主研制开发的,应用于核电站CRDM耐压壳和热电偶管座Ω密封焊缝现场焊接完成后的密封性试验。试验时利用千斤顶向上的推力实现水压装置承压管壳与RPV顶盖耐压壳或热电偶管座的平面密封或锥面密封,通过高压打压系统给密闭的空间加压,实现CRDM耐压壳Ω密封焊缝的现场水压试验。试验过程大致包括:安装试验装置、充水、排气、升压、 保压、降压、排水等。每个RPV顶盖有65管座需要进行水压试验。

CRDM pressure shell Ω sealing weld field hydraulic test device is independently developed by our company, which is used in the sealing test of nuclear power plant CRDM pressure shell and thermocouple tube seat Ω sealing weld after on-site welding. 

During the test, the upward thrust of the Jack is used to realize the plane seal or cone seal between the pressure-bearing shell of the hydraulic device and the pressure shell of the RPV top cover or the thermocouple pipe seat, and the on-site hydraulic test of the Ω sealing weld of the CRDM pressure shell is realized by pressurizing the airtight space by the high pressure pressing system. 

The test process roughly includes: installation of test equipment, water filling, exhaust, pressure boosting, pressure preservation, pressure reduction, drainage and so on. 

Each RPV top cover has 65 sockets that need to be tested by hydraulic pressure.


HPTS/SG-1A型SG二次侧水压试验装置
HPTS/SG- 1A SG secondary side hydraulic test device
HPTS/SG-1B型SG二次侧水压试验装置是我司自主研制开发,应用于核电站蒸汽发生器二次侧役前水压试验。该装置将蒸汽发生器二次侧的试验介质(A级除盐水+氨+联氨,总容积约200m³)循环加热,从而间接加热蒸汽发生器壁温至试验温度30℃~45℃。然后完成蒸汽发生器二次侧的升压(12.8MPa)、保压及卸压的全过程。该装置完全满足在反应堆厂房内对已安装的蒸汽发生器二次侧进行水压试验的工况要求,包括适应现场的安装环境、工作条件、接口条件、试验过程(充水、排气、升温、升压、保压、卸压)、试验参数等要求。

HPTS/SG- 1B SG secondary side hydraulic test device is independently developed by our company and is used in the hydraulic test of steam generator in nuclear power plant before the second side service. 

The device circulates the test medium on the secondary side of the steam generator (A desalted water + ammonia + hydrazine, the total volume is about 200m ³), so as to indirectly heat the wall temperature of the steam generator to the test temperature of 30 ℃ ~ 45 ℃. 

Then complete the whole process of pressure boosting (12.8MPa), pressure holding and pressure relief on the secondary side of the steam generator. 

The device fully meets the requirements of the hydraulic test on the secondary side of the installed steam generator in the reactor building, including the requirements of site installation environment, working conditions, interface conditions, test process (water filling, exhaust, heating, pressure rise, pressure preservation, pressure relief), test parameters and so on.
